This is a public hearing on an emergency rule EmR2501 (FH-18-24(E)) to amend ch. NR 20, relating to Minocqua Chain walleye harvest regulations.
The public has the opportunity to testify at the hearing. Registration will take place at the hearing by completing a Hearing Appearance Form. Pre-registration is also available and is strongly encouraged if you plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing. NR 140, relating to numeric standards to minimize the concentration of polluting substances for certain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in groundwater based on the 2025 Department of Health Services recommendations.
